Tuesdays 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Both age groups within ages 5 to 12 can now all stay on-site, learning for the whole 2-hour block:
• Junior Artists (ages 8-12) enjoy the regular 2-hour class
• NOW Art Angels (ages 5-7) will also stay the full 2-hours [only in School Hours], as follows:

10:00 am: first art lesson
10:50: snack time and games (bring a snack)
11:20: second art lesson
12:00 noon: pick up

Introduction to Art Home Education Art Angels (ages 5 - 7)

In this three-class introductory session, young students are introduced to the Elements of Design like line, shape, and tone, during Class 1: Introductory Drawing. Class 2 is Introductory Watercolour Painting and students are led through beginner techniques like brush control, wet/dry applications, and washes. Class 3 is Introductory Acrylic Painting with concepts like more brush control, blending, and layering.
Students come out with art learning pages, as well as one art piece each class.

Art angel classes will have two sessions that are 50 minutes long with a 20 minute snack and games break. You are welcome to pack them a snack.

Introduction to Art Home Education Junior Artists (ages 8 - 12)

In this three-class introductory session, students are introduced to the Elements of Design like line, shape, tone, and texture, during Class 1: Introductory Drawing. Class 2 is Introductory Watercolour Painting and students are led through beginner techniques like brush control, wet/dry applications, washes, and lifting. Class 3 is Introductory Acrylic Painting with concepts like blending, layering, underpainting and scumbling. Students come out with art learning pages, as well as one art piece each class.

This is a two hour class with a 5-10 minute snack break in the middle. You are welcome to pack your own snacks.

$40/class, less discount 10% for individual homeschoolers = $36/ class
