What are you processing? What would you like to give care and attention to that’s inside you or have experienced and know would benefit by skillful guidance to reflect and respond?

We’re aware that many people today are carrying burdens or coming through loss, and others are facing puzzles or wanting new perspectives.

Expressive Art is an affordable, safe, satisfying, and even fun way to give voice to your soul with as much privacy in symbolism as you want. There’s a wide variety of creative tools and images possible. The potential for greater well-being is powerful. Your journey is important. You are important.

*Expressive Arts is not recognized as Art Therapy which is a specialized clinical form of psychotherapy. It does, however, have positive therapeutic benefits but is not covered under extended health coverage.
